Class Descriptions

Cardio Kickboxing A fast-paced, high energy aerobic workout combining punches, kicks, and "bob and weave" type movement to invigorating music!
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga "Flow" style yoga that coordinates breath with smooth movements.  Class incorporates balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation postures.  Not recommended for beginners.  Great for dancers and athletes.
Pilates Great way to build long, lean muscles! Mat-based class incorporates isolated movements that tone the abs, back, glutes, and legs, with movement originating from the "powerhouse" of the body.
