Class Descriptions |

| Cardio Kickboxing | A fast-paced, high energy aerobic workout combining punches, kicks, and "bob and weave" type movement to invigorating music! |
| Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga | "Flow" style yoga that coordinates breath with smooth movements. Class incorporates balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation postures. Not recommended for beginners. Great for dancers and athletes. |
| Pilates | Great way to build long, lean muscles! Mat-based class incorporates isolated movements that tone the abs, back, glutes, and legs, with movement originating from the "powerhouse" of the body. |
